AwardSpring was officially born on January 1, 2015. In that first year, we focused on creating a viable new product, testing it, and building our approach to sales and marketing. From 2016-2018, we shifted our attention to perfecting the AwardSpring service model and solidifying our product/market fit. By early 2019, we felt that we had good traction in the market - bolstered by terrific feedback from our customers about both our product and our service model - so we layered on a more robust sales and marketing engine that integrated everything the team learned about the product, support, and branding to bring AwardSpring to market more aggressively.
That sales and marketing engine, coupled with our unique, much-appreciated approach to customer service and on-boarding and our outstanding employee loyalty, strengthened our position in the marketplace and has led to really exciting growth since 2019.
With terrific customers, a great product, and a dedicated and loyal team, AwardSpring continues to focus on growing in the scholarship management space. In 2023 and beyond, the team will invest in making our product even more useful for our target markets, driving even greater growth in the years to come.
