I received some basic training from the person who ran the scholarship program prior to my arrival. After his departure, I needed training and support immediately to make sure we could get our application open on time.

After contacting the support team, someone reached out right away to answer all my questions. The information provided during training was presented in an easily digestible manner and in a logical sequence - the most crucial processes addressed first.

This was extremely helpful to me due to the urgent nature of keeping my first award cycle on track. The whole experience was fantastic!

I don’t think I truly understood the implications of using paper applications until recently, when I had to take on the enormous task of organizing five file cabinet drawers of old applications. For smaller foundations like us, reducing the amount of money spent on paper and ink, as well as time spent keeping the paperwork properly organized and manually entering applicant data, is incredibly important.

AwardSpring has allowed us to do just that. All I have to do is log in to see all of this information and I don’t have to worry about spending time managing file cabinets of paper.

Purging old applications also made me realize just how much waste we have reduced by using AwardSpring. Applicants love that they can log in to AwardSpring, fill out some of their information, log out, and log back in to finish their applications at a later time.

And they can do this from anywhere! A lot of our applicants have other life priorities - jobs, kids, etc. - to juggle so this flexibility is incredibly important to them.

We are able to get more completed applications than we would with paper applications, that’s for sure! Our reviewers love that they only have to review relevant applicant information.

AwardSpring allows me to mask any questions in the system that do not pertain to the scores provided by reviewers. This allows for a more streamlined review process which saves the reviewers a ton of time.

Because of this, reviewers are more likely to return for future award cycles. Reviewing the minimum amount of information, along with the ability to log into AwardSpring from the comfort of their own homes, makes recruiting new reviewers so easy!

With the college, we make sure that we are working toward recruitment and retention of students as we know that traditional financial aid only goes so far. We use AwardSpring to manage scholarships that help students with program supplies and use dual quarter awarding to help out with the continuity of enrollment.

With AwardSpring, all processes are smooth and easy. The AwardSpring support team is great!

I typically get a response within minutes of sending a request and everyone is always helpful and friendly. There is a built-in “support” button in the platform that allows me to submit questions and feedback with one click.

It’s fantastic to be able to send all kinds of requests via one avenue and know that they are being handled. AwardSpring is the most economical of all solutions for the features you’re getting.
