They walk you through every aspect of using their platform while doing a majority of the heavy lifting in the background. They recreate each scholarship, optimize it, and make sure the resulting application is straightforward and easy for our students to use.

AwardSpring is a one-stop shop for applicants, which makes the whole process easier for them. As for me, I’m able to reach out to more applicants with the platform.

I can also have more of my colleagues conduct the review, increasing the diversity in reviewers. And all along the way, I can track the things that I need to track, like complete and incomplete applications, open reviews, pending documents, and post-award follow-ups like “thank you” letters.

I have been approached by AwardSpring competitors, but I found them to be too expensive and their products included features we don’t need. I’m satisfied with AwardSpring and don’t need to consider a new scholarship management system.
