Donor Experience goes live, donor records are rebuilt, and scholarship season gets easier to run. Here are the highlights of the September release.
Donor Experience is here
Every donor gets a major gift experience. Donor Experience is available now for AwardSpring customers.
- Your Impact pages. A living, school-branded impact page for every donor.
- Impact reports. A personalized report of what each donor's giving achieved, built from the same record your team already keeps.
- Thank-you letters. Every gift gets a quality-checked student thank-you, delivered to the donor.
- Preferences and consent. Donors control their communications and privacy, and students decide what's shared about them.
The donor record, rebuilt
Donor Management is the system of record for your donors. This release rebuilds the record itself.
- A rebuilt donor profile. The full picture on one record: giving history, funds, relationships, and research notes, with tabs for activity, documents, and the donor's own public page.
- Payment Pages. Branded giving pages that write gifts straight to the donor record and the right fund, with an editor for confirmation emails, internal notifications, suggested giving tiers, and a custom web address for every page.
- Lists & Segments. Define an audience once, as self-updating rules or a fixed list, then point campaigns, emails, and impact reports at it. Works for donors and applicants alike, without exports.
- Communication Center. Compose, template, and track email, and build newsletters, from inside Donor Management.
A new wave for scholarship season
Scholarship Collections group related opportunities so your team screens eligibility once and awards at the roll-up. Non-Monetary Awards track recognition beyond dollars with the same rigor as everything else. Conditional additional requirements ask follow-up questions only of the students who need them. And Swap vs. Stack sets how awards combine, so packages come out right the first time.
